We are looking for a reliable Customer Service / Operations Executive – Air & Ocean to handle daily freight operations, shipment documentation, and coordination with carriers and internal teams. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and timely communication to ensure smooth movement of air and ocean shipments and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Handle shipment coordination with airlines, shipping lines, transporters
Prepare booking, BL instructions, DO, and pre-alerts
Track shipments and keep customers updated
Manage day-to-day operational activities
Requirements:
Knowledge of Air/Ocean operations
Familiarity with ODEX, EDI, AWB, and documentation
Good communication and multitasking
